MEETINGS
As per the By-Laws,
ARTICLE IV Section 1. Regular meetings of the members shall be held at least annually.
ARTICLE V, Section 2.e each member of the Board of Directors shall attend, physically or electronically, at least nine (9) monthly meetings of the board per year.
ARTICLE V Section 3. Regular Meetings. The Board of Directors …, for holding of regular monthly meetings of the Board.
The Board agreed to conduct the meetings electronically, using ZOOM Meetings.
The Board will meet on the second Thursday of every month, at 8:00 PM.
